Zone Of the Gamers

I really couldn’t stress enough, no matter how many times, that Silent Hill 2 and its OST are the pinnacle of games and games’ OST, I feel for the characters whenever I listen to the tracks.

To me, nothing has surpassed the game and its tracks yet.

As you (Silent Hill fans, I mean) should know, there are 2 Silent Hill games (distinct games, not ports) after Silent Hill 4 The Room that were not developed by Team Silent, one of them being Silent Hill Origins, or Silent Hill Zero in Japan, for PSP, and the other being Silent Hill 5, now called Silent Hill Homecoming for next gen. consoles (PS3/360).

Both do not look impressive nor do they make me feel like Silent Hill, I have bought the PSP Origins and think it is not quite the Silent Hill that I wanted, I am not sure if I will buy Homecoming from the screens and arts that I’ve viewed.

My coverage on Silent Hill will probably stay as is for the time being (it had stayed as is for a while already), unless there is another installment or another franchise by Team Silent.

To me, the pinnacle of the series is Silent Hill 2, I love it the most, but the entry that introduced me to the Silent Hill world is Silent Hill 3.

They are no longer static PHP pages, all of them are now managed under WordPress.

Bought the version that comes with a crystal Butcher, a little expensive but it is still fine since I don’t plan on buying another version, ha ha ! I still don’t have a PSP.

While browsing the images on my hard disk, some interesting images pop-up (that I’m not sure if they are in the gallery … probably not), here they are (not all of them, I don’t want to fill the whole page).

New images at 1024×768. And they are rearranged to follow the events sequence in the game.

But I don’t have a PSP, ha ha ha ha ha !

Official release date is June 2, 2006 in UK, number printed on the sleeve is 7060872. The package contains a box, a sleeve and one UMD disc and nothing else, ha ha !

Images for the box and the cards are shown, a black big case and 5 cards, 1 per game and 1 for the movie. Movie related stuffs include a post card and a projector light.
